Are the balloons bad for the environment?

The balloons we use are professional grade and made of 100% natural rubber latex. They are fully biodegradable and an environmentally conscious choice for events. These balloons are often described as breaking down at a similar rate as an oak leaf. There are no fillers or plasticizers used - only raw material.

 

What is your cancelation/refund policy?

There is a 50% retaining fee that is nonrefundable to secure the date of your event. Final payment will be due two weeks prior to the scheduled event date.

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees are calculated based on event location.

How long will the balloons last?

Balloons that are indoors can last up to a couple of months. This is a perk of professional grade balloons as opposed to most balloons purchased off of Amazon or from a local store.

Can my display be set up outdoors?

It is important to understand that Mother Nature plays a critical role in the longevity of your balloon decor. Extreme weather conditions such as heat, rain, and cold will impact how long your balloon decor will last. When hosting outdoor events it is important to have a shaded area to protect your balloons from the sun and rain. Balloons may expand in heat/sunlight and shrink in cold temperatures. Please note that balloons can pop due to the impact of hot temperatures - we recommend using lighter colors during the hot summer months. When exposed to sunlight and oxygen, balloons can oxidize and turn to a "matte" color.

Do I need to provide anything?

I will only need an outlet to plug in my balloon pump, other than that I bring all of the materials necessary to create and install your display.
